Our only care was Collete calling - which was helpful.
Plus every time I phoned the 24 hr help line it was very good.

I came here for the first time to bring a friend to see her husband, while waiting, my husband and I had coffee and care in the coffee shop. What wonderful value what lovely cake, super coffee and the lady who served us (Gillian Caske) was so friendly and helpful. Five stars out of five.
